Please ensure that documents submitted for job applications do not include information subject to statutory processing restrictions, such as resident registration numbers or health information.

Article 3 — Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period required by law or agreed to by the data subject.

1. Inquiry information

Retained for 1 year from the date inquiry processing is completed, then destroyed.

2. Job application information

Retained for 1 year from the end of the recruitment process, then destroyed. However, if separate consent is obtained from the applicant for future job opportunities, the information may be retained within the scope of that consent.

3. Access records

Access logs are retained for up to 3 months for website stability and security purposes, then destroyed.

Article 4 — Third-Party Disclosure of Personal Information

As a general rule, the Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties.

However, the following exceptions apply.

  • Where required by law or requested by law enforcement through legally prescribed procedures for investigation purposes

When entering into outsourcing contracts, the Company implements necessary measures such as supervision and management of processors in accordance with personal information protection laws.

The Company does not currently outsource any personal information processing activities.

Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information at any time.

These rights may be exercised in writing, by email, or by phone through the Privacy Officer listed in Article 10. The Company will take prompt action in accordance with applicable laws.

However, the exercise of certain rights may be restricted under applicable law.

Article 7 — Procedures and Methods for Destroying Personal Information

The Company destroys personal information without delay when it becomes unnecessary, such as when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved.

  • Electronic files: Securely deleted using technical methods to prevent recovery or restoration
  • Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information.

  • Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, access permission management, etc.

Article 12 — Changes to the Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy takes effect from the effective date and may be amended in accordance with applicable laws and Company policies.
